The Beverly Area Planning Association is seeking a replacement for Willie Winters, the former executive director of the not-for-profit community group whose tenure ended April 6.
Board President Melody Camp has been appointed interim executive director. She has formed an executive search committee to find a replacement for Winters, who said that the organization has already fielded several inquiries about the position.
Winters, who had served as executive director since 1999, took a job with the Cook County Sheriff's Office. He'll be working with the sheriff's community service programs, likely from its Bridgeview site, beginning today.
Attached is the job description provided by BAPA.
