Saint Xavier University nursing graduate student Kerensa F. Vinson has been awarded a Chicago Area Schweitzer Fellowship, a 12-year-old program that provides service opportunities and support for aspiring health professionals who seek to help those currently underserved by the health care system. She is one of about just three dozen Chicago-area students awarded to fellowships.
