Court watch update
Neighbors,
Last night I attended the 22nd District Court Watch meeting. I am planning to attend the following court calls pertinent to our beat:
Douglas Flannigan - This is the man that a victim on the 8900 block of Oakley observed removing her copper downspouts from her home. I attended the last court call for Mr. Flannigan where he requested and received court supervised drug rehab. His next court date will be Monday, 11/8/10, 9:30 am, 2650 S. California, Room 208, Judge Hill. There have been no copper gutter thefts, to my knowledge, since his arrest.
Corey Phillips - Mr. Phillips was arrested for five (5) residential burglaries in a neighboring beats. He is linked to the cases by DNA and/or fingerprint evidence. He was arrested at his routine parole officer meeting. His next court date will be Tuesday, 10/26, 9:00am, 727 E. 111th, Branch 38, Room 1.
Crime reports on our beat are down significantly. Of note is a report of vandalism to a vehicle on the 8800 block of Hamilton, 10/3.
Please remember the trick-or-treating should end at 7:00 pm.
Please respect the diverter at 94th and Leavitt.
Early voting is currently available at the 22nd District -9a-5p daily.
