Police have confirmed that 6 black males assaulted two teenage motorists and hijacked their car Wednesday night in the Beverly Woods section of Morgan Park.

At about 11:15 p.m., two teens ages 17 and 15 were driving in the vicinity of 118th and Maplewood when they noticed they were being followed. When they exited the vehicle the six black males ages 18-25 approached them, striking the driver of the car in the head with a brick and throwing the female passenger to the ground.

The car has not been found.

About 15 mintutes later, a man walking in the 10500 block of Hamilton was punched in the face and robbed by four black males ages 18-25 who fled in a sedan.
