Beverly Records at 11612 S. Western Ave. had humble beginnings as a small gift/novelty/record store in 1967. John Dreznes bought the store for his wife, Christine,so that, in his words, "I could keep track of her." But she didn't need much keeping track of over the years, as Mrs.Dreznes helped the small store in the Beverly neighborhood of Chicago bloom into a vibrant record search center that's served thousands and thousands across the country.
