But as a person who deals in delivering information that's important to people, I'm curious: if the papers don't matter, what does?
How do you decide? Do endorsements by other big names matter, such as the endorsement by Ted Kennedy of Obama yesterday?

Back to page topMost people are now reading platforms. Unless it is someone I really don't like at all endorsing a candidate, I don't pay attention to endorsments. If Bin Laden was endorsing a candidate, I would steer clear of voting for that candidate. An extreme example but you get the point. The fact that someone endorses a candidate, I have to wonder what are they getting for that endorsment? Are politicians, businesses and industry already lining up for future favors? Trust your own instincts and read the platforms.
